The Fine Print:

A non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot and will be applied toward the total trip price.

​Charter vessels are not confirmed until the minimum number of cabins has been booked. Do not book flights until you receive written confirmation from Joyride Charters that the trip is confirmed.

​

If the selected vessel is not confirmed but an alternate vessel is available at a higher price, Joyride Charters may offer the alternate option at no more than $200 additional per person. If the alternate option is declined, your deposit will be refunded.

The price per person is for a double cabin. If you are a single, we will match you with a person of same sex. 

You will receive a receipt for your purchase via email once your payment has been processed.

Cancellation By You:

We must receive your cancellation notice in writing by email or overnight courier. Your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice. Your spot is non-transferable. Please call Joyride Charters and let us know your written cancellation is on its way and we confirm you are canceling.

Joyride Charters will make reasonable efforts to resell a cancelled cabin. If the cabin is resold, Joyride Charters may, at its sole discretion, refund the cancelled traveler any amounts recovered, less a $250 administrative fee

 

The final balance is due 160 days prior to your intended departure date unless otherwise stated. If you fail to pay by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and your deposit may not be refunded.

Cancellation Charges:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• • 120–90 days before departure: Joyride Charters retains 50% of payment plus deposit.
  • 89–60 days before departure: Joyride Charters retains 75% of payment plus deposit.
  • 59 days or less: Joyride Charters retains 100% of payment.
  • Cancellations Made at or During Trip: No credit, no refund.
  • No Shows: No credit, no refund.

Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance for this trip. 

Covid Medical Insurance – The covid rules are constantly changing. Please check government/country guidelines.
 

Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler is responsible for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Joyride Charters does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above and reserves the right to collect information on all.

 

Please check your passport. Make sure you have more than 6 months (from travel dates) before expiration.
