The Bahamas, particularly the Abacos, indeed offer a stunning array of experiences for travelers seeking a tropical paradise. With over 700 islands to explore, each with its own unique charm.

   The Abacos, are renowned for their calm waters and gentle trade winds, making them an ideal destination for cruising. Short passages and line-of-sight navigation make for a relaxing sailing experience. The islands exude a charming nautical ambience, with picturesque villages, harbors, and anchoring spots aplenty. Visitors can enjoy stunning ocean sunsets, the lightest blue waters and the laid-back atmosphere of island life.

   This charter will be hands on.  We will work together to manage the boat. An excellent way to hone in on your sailing skills or sit back and relax.  Everyone contributes preparing meals. You do not have to know how to cook or sail.  Bring your good humor! The rest will fall into place. The Abacos are kind of, Captain Joy’s second home.  You are in good hands.

   We visit Marsh Harbour, Man-O-War Cay, Little Harbour, Hopetown, Green Turtle Cay and many other stops along the way for snorkeling and shelling.
